Tom Gates
Tom Gates is a very good book, it has a slightly childish humor and is an easy read. Its theme is all about this boy called Tom and he has a very grumpy sister called Delia. He is in a band called dogzombies and he has a crush Amy Porter, she does not notice Tom so he tries to impress her. Marcus Meldrew is Toms worst enemy he sits by Marcus in lessons he is extremely nosey. I wont tell you any more in case you read it yourself! By Emily

The Tom Gates books certainly are a class favourite. What do you think make them so popular? I wonder whether it is because they are a quick, easy read so everyone can access them no matter how good at reading they are. Do you know anything about L Pichon - the author?
